COMMENTS Name: Showdown | | Great customers, cocky bartenders (a couple of em), Dirty Taps (gross) don't order beer on draft- there is something wrong with them- the Shiner tastes FUNKY. Oh and after you pay a freakin DOLLAR for a song on the juke box the cocky bartender will just turn the volume down if he doesn't like it. Not cool. Should be the best bar in town, but I won't go there anymore because the aforementioned issues. |

| Name: Sandra | | The bartenders at Showdown are RAD! They give attitude when they get attitude. They are tough but fair. They are educated and generally good-humored. So here's a tip: Smile upon entering the bar, make eye contact with the bartender, order your drink clearly & simply, chit-chat while waiting, and pay promptly. As for the bar, it is smoky and dusty, but that's to be expected when you are at a BAR. I will agree that a bartender playing Jukebox nazi is irritating, though more often than not, it is warranted. Overall, a great BAR to drink, smoke, shoot pool, & play music at. Thanks for all your hard work and patience: Dan, Tony, Doug, Mike, Steve, Justin, & any new guys I haven't met yet. |

I have had both negative and positive experiences with the bartenders there, as I have had mixed experiences with bartenders anywhere else I go as well. It is not the only place in town you can play foosball at (The Den), and I really enjoy "happy minutes" here. "Happy Minutes" is from 3-3:15 daily. Enjoyable bar overall |
