A mailing sent out to pander to students was recently photo copied and distributed around neighborhoods currently dealing with student and renter related problems.

The mailing sent out by the Prather campaign railroading Mr. Bose criticized him for the following;

“Bose voted to prosecute alleged parking, noise and other violations both in the criminal and civil courts.”

Some residents didn’t understand the criticism and thought it contracted Prather’s stance on trying solutions to fix the student/renter issues plaguing some neighborhoods.

Residents were left to wonder why he would put down Mr. Bose’s support of trying to aid in helping alleviate problems.

Also, I wonder how many permanent residents are thrilled about being able to prosecuted in criminal court while being sued by the city FOR THE SAME OFFENSE. It's not a student issue.
